I bought my Ducati on October 15th, 2003 from a private owner in Santa Monica, CA. It had about 25,660 miles on it with about 2,000 miles on a rebuilt engine. This 748 is the first v-twin and European sportbike that I have owned and is a totally different (and positive) experience.
This very motorcycle was featured in Motorcycle Online magazine in 1997.
My 748 was modified with Arrow Titanium Pro-Racing half-system exhausts, RaceTech fork springs, Ohlins rear shock with Hyperco springs, UltiMap FIM chip, K&N DynoJet Power Commander with custom map, Michelin Pilot Power tyres, a Ducati Corse carbon fibre half clutch-cover, carbon fibre air duct covers, carbon fibre rear hugger, Ducati Corse v-cowl, Galindo bar end sliders, Karbacher saddle and swapped to a GP (reverse) shift pattern.Duckie go bye-bye: I am currently parting out my baby so if you need parts, please visit my For Sale page.
