Special Orders
All special orders require a 50% deposit at the time of ordering,
balance will be due at pick-up or date of delivery.

Exchanges / Returns
All returns must be authorized and returned within 30 days. A RA# is required. The RA#
must be included with the exchange (written on the box/packaging).
To acquire a RA# please call 1-626-618-0385 during normal business hours.
Returned goods must be in "like new" condition.
You must pay the shipping charges back to us.
The original shipping charges are non recoverable.
If your exchange requires any additional payment to process, we will charge you accordingly.
If your exchange entitles you to an account credit, we will refund the difference to you accordingly.

No restocking fees apply to exchanges.

For Parts Refunds A restocking fee of 20% is charged on all parts refunds.

We reserve the right to decline refunds on damaged merchandise. If the return has been
altered or damaged during improper installation, application, operation or in any way that
prevents the item from being sold as new.
